Here on Aruba there is no rule concerning that, although we strongly advise you to keep at least a few days between arrival and wedding date. If you prefer a civil (legal) wedding in our historical town hall, we take care of all the paperwork in advance, and FedEx your wedding certificate within a week. Symbolic ceremonies on the beach are possible any time of the day, 7 days a week. I think I saw somewhere that the civil court is not open on Monday. Weddings in the historical civil town hall are possible from Monday till Friday (10am - 11:30am and 2pm - 3:30pm) Closed on Wednesday afternoon.
